Oracle Time, a leading UK watch publication, is launching a new watch event for the enthusiast community. Hands On Horology will be held on June 14th, 2025 at Protein Studios, Shoreditch, London, UK. From independents to globally recognized watchmakers, there’s something for everyone at this event, featuring over 40 brands. There are also many opportunities to place the watch on the wrist, which belongs to the wrist. Therefore, the name will take the watch. Going further, some watches are available to buy and offer great souvenirs from your trip. The day’s events will be split into morning (09:30-13:30) and afternoon (14:00-18:00) sessions.
Many people have returned from clocks and wonders, pointing out that fairs are not about clocks but about people they meet. It’s an emotional feeling, but in reality, people attending without media or trade passes rarely become hands-on with new watches from major brands. It’s a shame that what you can get is the latest watch view behind the window. Reveler appeared at the Rolex booth and was able to see the new watch, but was handed a large catalogue. Experiences visiting fairs in this format can undermine the desire of enthusiasts to be more involved. This is why Oracle Time looks to improve this perception and attract people who actually buy watches.
Anordain, presented at Windup Watch Fair in San Francisco in 2024, will also be taking part in Hands On Hology
