For many, summer vacation is usually time to travel, relax, and recharge later this year. Well, it doesn’t seem to be for the terrified people. The British brand is introducing three new watches, not two, not two. The New Brunswick 38 Charcoal Rose has a textured black and rose gold dial. Next is New Brunswick 40.5 Jump Hour Barley barley in the heart of the plum. And finally there’s the new Redcliff 39.5 Date ES, with frost-fallen, hardened steel cases and black DLC-coated parts.
Usually, when fear releases something new, it appears to be very caring and often focuses on a single clock. However, this time the company is saved in the summer and is abandoning it all before Geneva Watch Day begins next week. Let’s take a look at the release trio.
Brunswick 38 Charcoal Rose
Start with The New Fears Brunswick 38 Charcoal Rose. Because that’s my favorite of the three. As you can collect from its name, this is a Brunswick with a 38mm brush and a polished stainless steel cushion case. This is a lug-to-lug with a thickness of 11.25mm and 43mm. It also features a distinctive onion crown, where you can set it by wrapping the movement of the wrapped LaJu Pellet D100. This caliber operates at a frequency of 21,600VPH, features 17 gems and holds a power reserve of 50 hours.

But the real news is that there is a dial in charcoal and rose gold. The slightly raised center features a textured and charcoal finish. It contrasts nicely with the rose gold plated signature horror hand, applied Edwin typeface numbers, and the Minute Track with rose gold subdials. The new outfit makes the Brunswick 38 look a little more modern and fresh. Typically classic and dressy watches, but with these updates it becomes less formal. The New Brunswick 38 Charcoal Rose costs £3,450 with leather straps and £200 with a five-row stainless steel bracelet.
Brunswick 40.5 Jump Hourly Corn
Next, check out other New Brunswick models. This time we will be looking at 40.5mm jump hour types. Because of its large size, it is a bit too impressive for a 17cm wrist. However, the complications of that jump time look very attractive. The brush and polished stainless steel case are 40.5mm diameter, 12.8mm profile, and 47mm lug-to-lag span. Here, the Onion Crown interacts with the internal Sellita SW200 automatic movement. It includes the JJ01 Jump Hour Module, developed by Johannes Jahnke for Christopher Ward. The movement operates at a frequency of 28,800Vph, features 25 gems and holds a 38-hour power reserve.
But, as with the little Brunswick 38, the real surprise here is the plum and barley dial. Previous versions of the Brunswick 40.5 jump hour had the same colour in both the outer ring and the Azurage-Finished centerpiece on the dial. However, this time the watch has a smooth plum-colored centerpiece, and the outer ring has a decorative barley texture. Instead of being printed at 12 o’clock, the horror logo is also available on a finely polished diagonal plate at 6 o’clock.
The new dial design reminds me a bit of the recent introduction of the horror Arnos Pewter Blue. The watch also features a coloured centerpiece in the ocean decorated with hobnail patterns. The watch is beautiful and even more direct. I think the same applies to the Barley Oya at New Brunswick 40.5 Jump Hour. The version with a stainless steel bracelet costs £200.
Red Cliff 39.5 dated ES
Finally, we reach the sportiest of the three new releases. Fear Red Cliff dated 39.5 ES. The end abbreviation refers to “endurance specification.” This relates to a matte and hardened stainless steel case, which also features a black DLC-coated bezel, crown, caseback and buckle. The hardening process increases the surface hardness to 2,000 hV (Vickers), giving the watch a matte look. The case is 39.5mm wide and 9.95mm thick, and the lug is 47mm wide.

Inside, checks the La Joux-Perret G100 automatic movement at a frequency of 28,800VPH. It also features 24 gems and holds a comfortable power reserve of 68 hours. Like today’s first Brunswick model, Redcliff also features a black dial with textures. Applied and molded Super-Luminova X2 hour markers, a 3 o’clock date window, and angled fine tracks. To add to the sporty character of Redcliff, this watch features a variety of orange accents on both the dial and textured elastic straps. The New Horror Redcliff 39.5 Date ES costs £3,350.
Currently available for shipment in September
There doesn’t seem to be an overarching theme between these releases, except for the black textured dials for the New Brunswick 38 and Redcliff 39.5. Brunswick 40.5 jump hour barley is dressy and bold, as you would expect from fear. The classic watch is then raised with the charcoal of the Brunswick 38 on a black textured dial, giving it a modern twist. Finally, the Redcliffe 39.5 Date ES is three sporty watches. They are all available for order and will be shipped in September. Which one would you choose? Please let me know in the comments below.
