Hello, Happy New Year! What better way to take another trip around the sun than with some solid New Year’s resolutions? In today’s episode, Nacho, Daan, and Rex discuss 2025 Masu. This includes everything from considering future purchases to considering comprehensive collection integration. They will also reflect on some of their resolutions from the past year and report on how they were able to keep them (or not). Now, Rex wears a crown on his wrist, but that crown just happens to have a watch on it. All kidding aside, the Chronoswiss Timemaster with its luminous dial is a great watch, and one you won’t see every day. Dern is fixated on the Cartier Santos Galbe XL, and can you blame him? It’s not just a great piece from an era when Santos was in the sweet spot of design. It also became a bit of a symbolic watch for him. Here at Fratello headquarters, it’s simply called “Daantos.”
And last but not least, Nacho is wearing his latest watch, the VPC Type 37HW. Many of you who read Thomas’ Building A Watch Brand series will already know everything about this watch. If not, check out Nacho’s introductory article here. After falling completely in love with the watch, he decided to purchase one and, as you can see, chose the dove gray dial.
Fratello talks: New Year’s resolutions for 2025
The start of a new year is a great opportunity to improve yourself. This also applies to us watch lovers and collectors. Spend January on a dry note (don’t buy a new watch), lose a few pounds (sell off some rarely worn items from your collection), or gain some muscle (don’t buy a single watch) ).
