Earlier this week, one of the biggest events in Formula 1 history took place at the O2 Arena in London. F1 75 Live officially launched the 2025 season, marking the 75th anniversary of this high-octane sport. I was lucky enough to get tickets to the show, as well as access to the red carpet and the royals of the race that walked it.

But before all that excitement takes place on Tuesday, Red Bull Racing and Tag Heuer (another official F1 timekeeper) want to get ready for action by offering a tour of Milton Keynes’ Red Bull’s F1 headquarters. I was thinking about it. This is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity, as you can now access the home of teams who won three of the final four driver championships and the final four constructor championships. That’s how it felt. Unfortunately, you are not allowed to take photos or videos for the majority of the tour. Because every little bit of what they’re making can prove that the day of the race is coming. However, from 2005 to RB1 to 2023 RB19, all Red Bull F1 Cars from RB1 will begin their tour in an incredibly picturesque room, one of the most dominant cars in F1 history.
After admiring these lighting Quick machines, we were able to sit down and learn from current sports director Stephen Knowles to learn about the inside and outside of this winning team. He told us insightful stories. It felt more impactful as we sat surrounded by these incredible cars. And the first stop was the trophy room, with about 400 silverware on display.

As you walk around the facility, you will notice that you are witnessing the cutting edge of racing technology taking place right in front of you. Our tour guide was impressed that all the small equipment or large manufacturing machines were constantly working to drive two cars a little faster. I could sense the accuracy of highly filtered air, and it seemed to infect people working there.
Moving forward on Tuesday, I was lucky enough to be one of the few journalists to interview reigning champion Max Verstappen the morning before the festival began. We’ll put out our video soon so I don’t want to pass too much here, but he gave some great insights about his lucky charm watch. There are no prizes to guess which brand it came from…

And it was heading towards the red carpet. There, we were shaking with other members of the press, so to get the opportunity to talk to the great and good of the Formula 1 community, for what they were said to be the biggest spectacle of the sport. I arrived because I had arrived. I’ve seen it before. Again, I don’t want to give spoilers here, but it wasn’t just the current drivers and team principals who were using this VIP entrance.
Eventually, the show begins with all the music, lights and fireworks that accompany the new livery we are watching, and takes the track in just a few weeks. Through this experience I put the brand new Heuer Currera Chronograph on my wrist with a smoky purple dial. Now I have to get my adrenaline back to normal levels to get my job done… I hope you have a great weekend!

This week’s wrist shot: Momoa Madness
There were so many great things, so picking the watch I saw on the F1 75 or 2025 BAFTA would have been easy, but that felt a bit on my nose. So when I saw this blurry but fun shot from Jason Momoa sports Killer Daytona, I knew it had to go in.

Is the galette set up to be a Breitling Tudor? Discussing with Tony Trainna about the rumored acquisition
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Vv0So7lipyq
Apparently Kerniverse is brewing, and Breitling announced last week that they are reviving yet another deprecated brand, Galal, along with the high-profile revival of Universal Genève. But where does Garret sit in both the wider watch industry, as well as the stable industry of Breitling? Zach and Russell are former lawyer and editor of Hodinky Tony Train, and news of the acquisition of the rumored galt of Breitling in his unsleashed watch newsletter to discuss the development I sat down with Tony Trainer, who defeated the film.
