This year, Rolex introduced more than eight new Daytona references, but only one reached the brand’s press room during watches and wonders. The other seven iterations remained hidden. Luckily, a visit to the brand’s Brussels office revealed that 2025 marks the year when Rolex introduces three new Daytona watches on three gold alloys with meteorite dials. We didn’t have the big picture yet, but we had the opportunity to catch up with a trio of astronomical and exclusive works at least.
In addition to these three, there are two references we would like to mention in the seven references of the Daytona of the 7 Radal, even if we were unable to meet them when we visited the Rolex office in Brussels. First, what is (visibly) hidden in the brand’s website is reference 126508-0008 (48,800 euros). This Daytona is an updated version of “John Mayer” in yellow gold and green. Secondly, there is a refreshing, almost no Daytona look white gold version that houses a blue dial with red details that requires mention 126509-0005 (€52,300). But for now, let’s focus on watches that have been in the opportunity to practice alongside the three metstone dial Daytona chronographs of yellow, white and pink gold.
Rolex introduces three New Daytona watches with three gold alloys with meteorite dials
Rolex introduced six people in 2021, and although they canceled them too long ago, they’ve returned with three updated versions of MeteOrite-Dial Daytona. All of these redesigned watches are not of precious metals, but have ceramic bezel inserts and an oysterflex bracelet. In other words, three of their six predecessors were cancelled indefinitely, while the other three received the update. Gold cases paired with bezels of the same material were not optimal with the met stone dial. The soft glitter of the met stone dial, showing an attractive and random pattern, requires a contrasting frame to reach its full hypnotism potential.
Match the met stones
It’s time to choose the gold you think will match the Meteloite dial. Let’s start with Yellow Gold Reference 126518LN-0016. This is the three most classic iterations. The Everose Reference 126515LN-0008 is much more modern than the yellow gold version, as you would expect from the pink gold watch. White Gold Reference 126519LN-0007 is the most understated run.
Daytona’s updated features debuted in 2023, and these latest 40x46x11.9mm watches also show redesigned elements such as a metal bezel frame, slim time markers and panda-style subdials. The contrasting black ceramic bezel insert and extremely comfortable Oysterflex bracelet are key to creating watches with a strong presence.

Bend the Oyster Flex
Some may still find a combination of rubber straps and a slightly uncomfortable paradox. However, the OysterFlex bracelet is not called a bracelet for anything. First, there are two metal blades in its core that provide stability. These blades are covered with rubber types that are more resistant to temperature changes, water and cracks than other types. On the inside, the bracelet has a comfortable cushion. Closed with the Oysterlock Clasp with the Rolex Glidelock extension system, allowing for a tool-free notch-by-notch wiggle room up to 20mm for the wrist.

Whatever you prefer to perform aesthetically, the Oysterflex bracelet pairs with the size of the case provide an excellent wrist feel. Plus, you get a recognizable Daytona look. It features a visual bonus with a notable screwed pusher and a gorgeous, subtle dial.

In this configuration, from a practical and functional standpoint, these astronomical watches pass the daily beater registration test without sweating. However, using precious metals and space stones makes it an exclusive watch, making the met stone dial gold Daytona rarely spends its presence as a Gada work.
Price and two other missing Daytona models
Now that you’ve made up your mind, you might want to know what financial outcomes you’ve chosen. The yellow gold version is available for 42,200 euros, while the white and everrose gold references are available for 44,100 euros. Are you interested in comparing prices of predecessors released four years ago? All sorts of factors, including rising gold prices, have risen quite sharply. Metishi’s predecessors were sought prices of 30,950 and 32,150 euros, respectively.
I mentioned the 7 Radar Daytona novelties and started with two that we’ve never seen before, so I might finish with the other two novelties and complete the list. Everrose Daytona with a chocolate brown dial is back. Reference 126505-0005 is the complete version on the bracelet. This version with a gold bezel costs 52,300 euros. Reference 126515LN-0010 features a black ceramic bezel and matching Oysterflex bracelet, priced at 39,600 euros.
Now do you know about the three new out-of-world Daytona models, plus two more or less realistic references? Let us know in the comments section. Also, practical reviews of the non-metalite Rolex Daytona chronograph are available in the pipeline, so stay tuned.
